Milton Park is a premium Business Park in the South East of England managed by MEPC, an asset management and development firm. The Park is made up of 123 buildings that cover over 3,500,000 square feet of built area that houses 340 organisations and 12,900 employees.

Working with Buckingham Group, Mifflin Construction fabricated and erected 700 tonnes of structural steelwork for 3 new office post & beam blocks on the new Park Drive East development. The office blocks, of which two are three-story and one is two-story, are highly intensive in terms of cold-rolled cladding rails to support the complex cladding system.
